FEDERDOC RESTAURANT WEEK IN MIAMI:
April 28 – May 4 2025

Between April 28th and May 4th, 2025, Miami will host Restaurant Week, taking place alongside the fourth edition of the Formula 1 Grand Prix.

Organized by Federdoc (Voluntary Consortia National Confederation for the Protection of the Italian Wines Designations), this international initiative encourages guests to dive into the fascinating world of Italian wines with Designation of Origin.

Throughout the event, Federdoc will distribute complimentary informational booklets on Italian wines with Designation of Origin at participating restaurants. It includes regional wine maps, explanations of classification systems, tips on reading wine labels, and insights into how to identify and appreciate the distinct qualities of each wine.

Visitors will also have the opportunity to learn how to properly pair wine with different types of food, discover the robust system behind the traceability and quality control of Designation of Origin Italian wines, and understand the correct techniques for tasting wine to fully appreciate its unique characteristics.

Ten selected restaurants across Miami will be offering curated lunch, happy hour, and dinner experiences. Each evening, visitors will receive an informative booklet packed with details about Italian wines with Designation of Origin.
